Miles "Tails" Prower
Miles Prower is Sonic's very best friend, running alongside him whenever he can. His nickname is Tails and with his two Tails, he can leap into the skies and fly, though he does get tired easily.
Tails is Sonic's side kick in the series. His debut was in 1992, featuring in Sonic the Hedgehog 2. With his cute looks and popular abilities, he became an instant star! It wasn't long before Tails was alongside Sonic on many of his adventures. His next popular adventure was in Sonic the Hedgehog 3 in 1994. Tails has always been following Sonic, trying to keep up with his speed, and even when lost, he manages to fly his way back. With Tails' ability for building Machines, he allowed Sonic to fly across islands in his plane, the Tornado. Though later on in Sonic Adventure, the Tornado was redesigned and was named the Tornado 2. In Sonic Adventure 2, the same machine could later turn into a robot-like form with Homing Missiles to lock onto targets. Tails' birthplace is likely known as Westside Island, due to his first appearance set there. His Date of Birth is also unknown. Miles has always been Sonic's best friend, and shares a brother-like relationship to him. Always got Sonic's back, he's ready to stand and fight against Eggman!
Tails's real name, Miles Prower comes from 'Miles Per Hour"? Miles Per Hour, because of Sonic's famed speed.
