Rouge the Bat
Rouge specializies in treasure hunting, and loves rare gems and diamonds such as the Chaos Emeralds and Master Emerald. Her debut was in Sonic Adventure 2 as a villian on the side of Dr. Eggma, but was later comfirmed that she is nor Hero of Villian... but just doing her job. Her job being a government spy, who is called for tricky missions that call for going undercover. In Sonic Adventure 2 her mission was to gather infomation on 'Project Shadow', which she could only do by joining forces with Dr. Eggman and Shadow the Hedgehog. She does retrieve the data, but is caught by Shadow just when she was leaving.
Rouge is calculative, clever and isn't afraid of what she'll have to do to complete her mission. Besides being a government spy, Rouge the Bat is mainly a treasure hunter and thief. She also owns her own Night Club, called "Club Rouge" (Sonic Battle) which is located in Night Babylon.
It's been shown that Rouge may have some 'feelings' for Knuckles. This was shown in Sonic Adventure 2 when Rouge was saved by Knuckles and they had a sudden moment where it looked like they were going to kiss. Until Rouge and her stubbon-self, pulled back hidding true feelings she may have for Knuckles. Rouge also has a common connection with Shadow the Hedgehog, since Sonic Adventure 2. In Sonic Heroes, they become strong partners, along with E-123 "Omega", and continues that way (Shadow the Hedgehog and SONIC the Hedgehog '06).
Rouge likes to flirt with other characters (i.e. Tails or Sonic) in non-romantic occasions, but never seems to be embarrassed by what she does?
