Amy Rose
Amy Rose is a young, perky, and energetic female hedgehog who loves to chase Sonic wherever he goes. Despite Sonic's attempts to escape, Amy always eventually catches up to the Blue Blur, hoping one day they'll get married. Amy was introduced in 'Sonic CD' and was the Damsel in Distress in the game. Captured by Dr. Eggman and later freed by Sonic the Hedgehog, she now feels Sonic as her Hero and boyfriend.
Throught the games, Amy has been joining Sonic in a number of adventures and Video Games to defeat Dr. Eggman as a playable character, and as a supportive character. She's not very fast, but can back a huge blow on machinery using her Piko Piko Hammer that was introduced in Sonic Adventure. With this, she can perform such techniques like the Hammer Attack (Attacks and destroys enemies within contact), the Hammer Jump (Allows Amy to catapult her high in the air using the Hammer) and the Jump Attack (Attacks enemies while in mid-air).
Amy has a kind heart and helps those in need, like her bird friend who fell from Dr. Eggman's ship (Sonic Adventure). When her mind is set on something, she's determined to get the job done. If she's not chasing Sonic that is!
Amy's nickname was "Rosy the Rascal"?
